Qualifications of Jack Alexander: Mr. Jack Alexander is a 20 year veteran of the appraisal industry and is highly qualified to appraise both commercial and residential property. Mr Alexander is a UCLA graduate and a licensed certified general appraiser. He is also an advanced MAI candidate.
His experience includes appraisal assignments in California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, Hawaii, Tennessee, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Nevada. He is licensed in 17 states.
Commercial Property Experience: Mr Alexander has direct experience in Apartments, Office, Light and Heavy Industrial, office, mixed use, fast food restaurants, full service restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers, and commercial acreage. His experience also includes special purpose properties including: bowling alleys, driving ranges, golf courses, private clubs, churches, and amusement facilities (batting cages, miniature golf, etc).
Residential Property Experience: He has direct experience in all types of residential properties including single family homes, condos / PUDs, small income property (2-4 units), appraisal reviews, high end luxury homes, beach front, land, and unique residential properties.
